Client Services
Client Service Representative: The Client Service Representative performs the administration of daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports for the client around temporary staffing, vendor statistics, and orientation statistics, utilizing various software systems and databases. The CSR will gather data, collate information, create reports, analyze reports and ensure deadlines are met. The CSR will provide ongoing administrative support to the onsite team. The CSR supports managers on ad hoc projects for the client.
Client Services Coordinator: The Client Services Coordinator is typically an onsite role at a client location, responsible for the day-to-day delivery of PRO’s products/services. The CSC reports to the Onsite Program Manager (OPM). The CSC must maintain quality customer service and day-to-day site operations, with a primary focus on meeting contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW). Depending on the size of the on-site team, the CSC’s scope of responsibilities may be limited to one product (payroll, business validation or staffing desk) or may span over multiple product lines.
Operations Manager: Operations Manager resides onsite at our client location but may need to visit other client sites(s) upon request. The OM works under minimal supervision and is responsible for running the day-to-day program operations and client operations for one or more clients. OM is responsible for understanding PRO’s products and how each client utilizes the product line. OM is able to address and resolve complex payroll and human resources issues involving the client and payrollee. Acts as escalation point in the absence of the Onsite Program Manager..
On-site Program Manager: The OPM is responsible for ensuring positive client relationships with executive level management. Develop and manage contracted scope of services, including staffing vendor management, addressing Human Resources/Employee Relations issues, implement best practices, strong operational experience including driving processes and program improvements, with a primary focus on meeting and achieving strategic account initiatives. Direct supervision managing and developing teams. Experience in the staffing industry and strong operational management, client relationship and project management skills. Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Regional Account Manager: Responsible for strategically managing onsite staff on a regional level. Proven track record in building strong client relationship management with executive level client contacts. Will be responsible for overall account management including setting and meeting financial goals, service delivery and providing strategic and business program expansion. Responsible for quality metrics and balancing multiple projects. Monitor sales trends, aged reports, and management of P&L. Previous experience in strategic planning, business development/client management, branch operations, human resources and customer service.
Finance and Accounting (NY/CA only)
Accounting/Billing Specialist: Responsible for validating and processing client invoices, perform invoice verification, reconcile information between internal databases, process inquiries and track invoices, generate monthly outstanding invoice report, manage and resolve aged accounts receivables, maintain historical audit worthy data. AP/AR experience preferred.
Payroll: Responsible for set-up of payrollee records, processing of weekly payroll, including verifying timecards, timecard issues resolution, data entry, and distribution of paychecks. Payroll records management and audits. Will handle EDD’s and VOE’s. Position requires good understanding of payroll taxes and FLSA regulations. Understanding of OT laws and payroll laws related to multi state payroll processing.
Financial Analysts/Planners: Position to provided thought leadership and draw upon corporate/consulting experience in working with internal and external customers to deliver on-target, value-added solutions and results to complex and strategic challenges. Position to provide deliverables in the form of hands-on creation of reports, analysis, presentations, complex reconciliations, and other value-added input in order to position company’s programs and ensure maximum level of client service and strategic partnership for external customers.
Technology (NY/CA only)
Application Support/Call Center: The Call Center is responsible for supporting our proprietary application for domestic and international end-users who are both internal and external clients. The team provides round-the-clock support, requiring solid technology and problem solving skills, excellent communication (both written and verbal) and the ability to remain productive and efficient under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
Information Technology: Information Technology is responsible for assessing business needs and defining, recommending, installing, trouble-shooting, and maintaining the technology infrastructure on which the company runs. This small, highly skilled team utilizes their business and technical knowledge to interact with all levels and every aspect of the organization, in some cases, including client facing relationships.
