PrO's team includes numerous professionals experienced in all areas of staffing including contracts management, consulting/technical services, vendor-on-premise and traditional temp placement.

Human Resources

A large portion of our staff comes to us with the assets of both education and experience in human resources. Their backgrounds vary and include specialties in management, recruiting, organizational development, technical contract staffing, outsourcing and staffing implementation. Legal

PrO utilizes a powerful combination of on-staff legal counsel and outside counsel to provide our clients with unmatched expertise on the critical compliance issues they face. Our attorneys provide PrO and its clients with the latest issue briefs, opinions and other legal support and research. In addition, as experts on the contingent workforce, they are always able to assist in the interpretation of complex legal issues and court cases.

Tax

PrO's compliance department is led by former IRS auditors who have spent their careers specializing in both federal and state tax regulations on independent contractors, as well as co-employment and other related contingent workforce tax issues.
