Andrew Schultz, President
/ Co-Founder
Prior to the launch of PrO in 1991, Andrew held various senior level
positions at a leading national staffing company, including running
the company's national account efforts and leading the firm's IT
Staffing division. Recognized nationally as an expert on issues
related to the contingent workforce and worker classification, Andrew
has been the featured speaker at more than 400 seminars on the subject.
In addition, he has authored numerous articles in leading publications
and is frequently quoted in national print and broadcast media.
Terrie Weinand, Executive
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Terrie joined PrO in 1994 to head the company's Western Region.
Today, she oversees a broad range of functions within the company
including Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, Compliance, International
Services and Client Program Delivery. Prior to joining PrO, Terrie
held numerous positions within the staffing and HRO arenas. She
has more than 22 years experience providing the Fortune 1000 with
outsourced services and managed programs at the enterprise level,
and is a highly sought after speaker and author on contingent workforce
issues.
Marie Hammond, Vice
President, Operations
Marie has been with PrO since its inception, and has been involved
in key elements of the Company's development since that time. Today
she oversees a New York based staff responsible for critical functions
that support the entire Company. Her specific areas of responsibility
include Key Client Support, Legal, Payroll, Benefits and Collections.
Prior to PrO, she had 20 years of management and operations experience
in various industries.
Anita Raman, Vice President,
Operations
Anita joined PrO in 1999. Her responsibilities include overseeing
West Coast operations, specifically, Payroll, Contracts Management,
Quality Human Resources and Training. Prior to PrO, she had over
10 years of experience in operations management both within the
U.S. and abroad, having most recently held a Vice President position
with a leading international franchisor.
Allie (Ayelet) Ben-Shlomo,
Vice President, Client Services
Allie has been with PrO since 1997. She oversees PrO's Field Support
team and is responsible for ensuring contractual compliance, customer
satisfaction and "best in class" program delivery. Allie brings
to PrO 15 years of management and business development experience,
supporting enterprise wide programs for Fortune 1000 companies throughout
the U.S. and internationally.
Judith Benson, Director
of Global Compliance
Judith joined PrO in 1996. She manages a team comprised of former
IRS and compliance specialists that are responsible for the ongoing
compliance of PrO's clients in the area of tax, compensation and
employment related issues. Judith's previous experience included
a 13 year tenure with the IRS where she served as an auditor and
IRS trainer, spending several of those years handling employment
tax audits and specifically focusing on the misclassification of
independent contractors.
Ben Barstow, Vice President,
Corporate Controller
Ben joined PrO in early 2001. He is responsible for all of PrO's
financial operations as well as the managed delivery of PrO's product
services. Ben brings to PrO more than 14 years of financial and
operational experience both domestically and internationally; having
previously held a director level position at a billion dollar privately
held company. Additionally, Ben earned a CPA in 1994.
Karri Eggers, Director
of Implementations
Karri oversees a team of Project
Managers and staff responsible for implementation of our Contingent
Workforce programs and our WAND software application. Karri's previous
experience includes 18 years of client services and implementations
in the financial services and technology sectors. Additionally,
she holds a Masters Degree in Finance. |
